Weekend Roundup

Sadie is pulling herself up on anything and everything including her big sis. She also grabs everything from Betsy and yells at her and splashes her in the tub--she's finally fighting back! Sadie is close to walking; she is starting to cruise and sometimes is only holding on with one hand. We're sort of scared. She is sitting on the floor dancing right now.


Here's what we have been up to--a party last weekend for one of B's classmates, P and I went on a date last Saturday, on Monday we went to the Park in the morning then Music class then dinner at Marme's with the sisters and Lawsy, we played at Kiss's house, we went to Nacho Mama's with Gumbo and Bee (Betsy loves Nacho Mama's so much that she has named her store from Santa Nacho Mama's), Lawsy and Attie came over to play on Thursday, we went to breakfast and shopping with the sisters and Lawsy on Friday, we picked up Lebanon on Friday night, and on Saturday we went to Julia M's first birthday party. Today we've been hanging out at home and P and I took turns doing errands. Little B has had a fever on and off for the past couple of days, and today she felt terrible and refused to take off her nightgown, didn't want to nap, and was generally miserable. My poor boo.

This week we had work done in our upstairs bathroom (furnace removed, medicine cabinet removed, light fixture moved, and it was sanded and painted), and it looks great! P and I have been trying to find a sink and other things for our new bathroom. Now I have home improvement/organization fever, but it's hard to get organized when you have a hysterical, feverish toddler.
